In The Book of the Builders, Burnham and Millet tell the story of the creation of the “Great White City”
Following the conclusion of the 1893 Worlds Columbian Exposition, Daniel Burnham and Francis D Millet collaborated on a book that would describe what went into building and hosting the exposition. It is filled with stories, photographs and drawings that illustrate this pivitol event as the country entered the 20th Century.
